Cicasilver ointment is a medical device useful as an adjunct in the treatment of superficial skin lesions, chronic and acute. The Hyaluronic Acid, Vitamin E and Acacia collagen, with moisturizing and film-forming properties, create a system of water reserve able to ensure correct humidification of the wound microenvironment to promote the restoration and maintenance of the skin characteristics, surface hydration and the management of physiological processes of tissue repair. The micronized silver, in the formulation, acts like a preservative.
Cicasilver ointment is a medical device indicated for the treatment of wounds and superficial skin lesions: acute and chronic.

wash hands carefully. Take from the tube a little quantity of product and gently distribute it on the wound and in close proximity. We recommend 2-3 applications per day, preferably clean the area and then apply the product (recommended with a physiological saline solution) until complete healing.
For external use. The topical use of the product, especially if prolonged, may give rise to phenomena of local irritation or sensitization. In case, the treatment should be stopped, and your doctor consulted for appropriate therapy. Do not use on dermal lesions that are not superficial. In case of concurrent use of other products, check interactions. In pregnancy and in children under three years the product can be used after consulting a physician. Keep out of the reach and sight of children. Avoid eye contact. In case of accidental contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly and consult your doctor. The expiry data refers to the intact product in the original packaging, correctly stored. Skin Sensitivity Tests showed no reaction to Cicasilver Ointment even after 72 hours of skin application.
Side effects or expected side effects related to the use of the product, are not known. The tests performed on the product, have not shown sensitization phenomena or other side effects.
